Lego City Undercover – online games
There was a time when parents were feeling awkward whenever their kids would ask them to have a Grand Theft Auto (or GTA) as a gift. Because parents worry too much about their kid’s behavior would change by playing such games they would promptly deny their demands. There are many storekeepers around who would even allow the kids to purchase such games despite warning from their employers. One could never take fault of a worried set of a parent then. But to be honest the GTA is not at all about violence or a hate against women. Actually it works totally contrary. It plays on how you don’t support the violence.
As a matter of fact GTA gives us a structure what exactly it is mentioned above. It is against the violence and thus it is not only safe but it is full of fun too that even adults would love to play it. It challenges you to finish the missions as the way you would like them too, hence there is a complete freedom over it. It has numerous amounts of vehicles, collectibles, and pop culture references and of course secretes. The only violent part in Lego City Undercover is to knock someone out and they too will feel cranky about it. The only problem with this game is that it is too addictive for both the kids and the adults on the same merit.
The development studio, TT Fusion, has made it sure that it should not remain the game just for the kids and it should also not remain that easy to achieve all the challenges. On the contrary they have achieved an excellence in Lego’s formula by giving it a strong write up to all the characters and respect to those cop movies which have thrilled us in the 1970s and 1980s. If you see the game you will realize the way the developers have gone professional. Despite being popular and played for years it still has that freshness of ‘playing it for the first time’ whenever you logged on to the game.
The developers have also concentrated well on the single onscreen character along with more tailored camera angles and detailed closeups of the faces and actions of the characters involved. At the same time the focus of the single-character actually helps the story to make you feel that the hero is closest to you!
The developers have also taken care of the thing that the new Lego City Undercover is funnier than any other LCU game came to the market till date. The most surprising part of the game is that The Open World Setting of the LCU is great fun to discover the game. Although in later stages the game tends to become more familiar with the previous versions of LCU but then the new mechanics like the enjoyable Parkour moves of the hero chasing McCain who leaps and slides all along the rooftops makes it interesting again.
It is not that the game is a perfect one. It has some lean patches as well. It needs to change the outfits of the characters which apparently get boring and you probably want to shut the game. In many parts it also allows long and frequent load times but all in all it is a joy to play if you ignore these few and small minuses of the game.
